From the first idea
to the final cut.

I’m Ali, an Iranian filmmaker and editor based in Kuşadası, Türkiye. I’m drawn to the way image, rhythm and music can make a story felt.

My work spans location filming, collaborative productions, editing and colour. Sometimes I shape a project from the first idea; sometimes I join a crew or build the story from supplied footage. Each project credits my contribution.

I currently create media at Göçtur. My earlier work includes GHT, the independent production collaboration I started with my brother, Hamid.
